Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language summary of what Sabai Signal does with your data. Last updated September 2026.

What we collect. If you create a Community Hub account: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address. If you post or comment in the community: the content you write, attached to your account.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data to anyone. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Who else sees it. We use a small number of service providers to run the site: a database host to store data, an email provider to send account emails (verification, password reset), and our hosting provider. They process data on our behalf under their own security practices — we don't share your data with anyone beyond what's needed to run the site.

Cookies. We use one functional cookie to keep you logged in. That's it — no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your content. Posts and comments you make in the Community Hub are visible to other visitors, including your display name. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Deleting your account. Reach out via the Contact page and we'll remove your account and associated data.
